My story shaped by people

From an early age, thanks to my family’s work, I grew up in the world of commerce and direct contact with customers. A human connection built on relationships, grounded in listening, understanding needs, offering guidance, and fostering trust. A school of communication of invaluable worth, a powerful reinforcement of emotional intelligence, and an experience of social interaction rich beyond measure.

As an entrepreneur, I have had the opportunity to develop product strategies, select global suppliers, and lead large, diverse teams by building lasting relationships based on trust, respect, and shared values.

My role as a leader soon made one fundamental truth clear to me: true, lasting success comes from people, from the actions they are able to take when they live in deep alignment with their values and goals, and from the ability to guide oneself and others toward a meaningful and deeply felt purpose.

Through my coaching, I support people in discovering their potential, clarifying their vision, and transforming their personal value into concrete actions that bring their desired goals and life to reality.

My professionalism is rooted in experience and commitment: first as an entrepreneur, then through a degree in languages and a master’s in human resources management, earned with the determination of someone who chooses continuous growth and evolution.

In parallel, I embraced coaching, completing advanced master programs in life and business coaching, executive coaching, and team coaching.

I have transformed study and practice into an internationally recognized professional certification.
